Detailed Description
Low Profile Boltless Shelving is made of heavy duty 14 gauge steel throughout. Units are supplied complete with 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" full height posts and 5/8" particle board decking. Pricing includes four shelves as shown. Top and bottom shelves come standard with double rivet beams which provide additional stability to the overall unit. Intermediate shelves are supplied with single rivet beams in width and depth for higher shelf capacities. Capacities are as follows: 36" Wide units hold 350 lbs per shelf, 48" Units hold 225 lbs per shelf and 60" Units hold 250 lbs per shelf. 60" wide units are supplied with heavy duty 11 gauge single rivet beams (left-to-right). 11 gauge beams are available for 36" and 48" units if higher shelf capacities are desired. Shelves are completely adjustable in 1 1/2" increments without the use of tools or hardware. Add on additional units without the use of expensive T-Posts...a simple $.60 tie plate is all you need. Units come standard with a powder coat gray finish for long lasting durability. We can fabricate any color with a 6-8 week lead time. Call for details.
